When it was founded in 1990, Brasserie des Européens in Annecy specialised in traditional, local, and French cuisine with a seasonal menu offering traditional and innovative dishes that have become classic brasserie specialities. Several years later, as the Annecy-based brasserie never sleeps on its laurels, new international flavours were introduced thanks to current trends in contemporary cuisine. This is how the Thai Curry and beef and lamb mafé Bò Bún found their place on the menu next to the “Café de Paris” mussels and Pélâ des Aravis.
